I am a wife, mother, Brigham Young Universary graduate with a BS in Family Life, certified marriage prep teacher for Anxiously Engaged, and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
My goal in life is to help people have the tools they need to build a happy, healthy family life and to know how to use those tools. That is what drives me to write blog posts, and I hope that I can assist you in obtaining the tools you need to find and create joy in your families!
